Stoke Flame have been fantastic from start to finish!
The in-store experience was excellent – the team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The showroom is well laid out, with plenty of choice and helpful advice to guide you through.

The at-home fitting was just as impressive. The installers were professional, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was done to a high standard, and they made sure we were happy and fully informed before they left.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers equally well in-store and in the home, but Stoke Flame do exactly that. Highly recommend!

Visited a few times trying to decide on a fireplace for a new home. Excellent customer service from Mario. Lots of choice and ended up choosing something different to our initial ideas.
Ordered and waiting for our fitting date. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Delivery was very smooth, safely put in the room ready for fitting 6 days later.
Fitters did an amazing job. So clean and tidy.

We changed our old gas fire over to an electric one, last October. Stoke Gas Centre were very helpful in choosing the right fire for us. The price was very reasonable and we were able to fit the fire ourselves. Looks great. Warm and welcoming!

A massive thank you to Stoke Flame SOT for the excellence service we have received from ordering to delivery. The delivery guys were very careful and caring when bringing the fireplace into our home, making sure they did not damage anything. The fire place is now fitted by my husband and looks fabulous and changes the whole look of the room, thank you again and we would highly recommend this company.

Visited the showroom on Sunday to look for a LED 5ft fire to go onto a media wall.
Was greeted by a man who was on sales and considering we were looking at top end fires at £3-5000 he showed very little interest in qualifying our needs.
A total lack of interest in us and we felt we were almost an inconvenience and just wanted to give us basic information and get us out of the shop even though we were the only customers there !
We read reviews on the shop prior to our visit and expected a first class service but felt totally let down so on the Monday visited OER Fireplace in Longton where the customer service was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in.
We were given demonstrations and all the information needed to help us to make what is a very important decision.
Needless to say we placed an order there and then.
My advice is to Stoke Fireplace Centre is to look at your weekend staff as you will lose more business.
