Managed to run out of oil completely!... Rang this morning expecting a delivery either tomorrow or Wednesday and was well chuffed when it arrived this afternoon. Now toasty warm again. Thank you for your amazing service. I will try and be better organised next time 😊

Fantastic business! EG Martin offer great value and really add the personal touch. We found ourselves very low on home heating oil with a young baby, and they were able to arrange delivery later that day.

Delightful, delightful, delightful... Have saved our backsides on numerous occasions when we have been all out of oil and not checked our tank. Deliveries have always been on time and with a smile and the lovely lady we speak with on the phone to order has always been so helpful. Amazing service, wouldn't shop anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Very easy and pleasant to do business with from the initial call to enquire about prices to the delivery man. I have used EG Martin a few times now and they are consistently good. Currently delivering within 2 days of ordering which is so much better than 'on or before' when you need to be at home for delivery

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your customer service, it is simply outstanding. I called this morning in a bit of a panic with a virtually empty tank due to a problem with our monitor. Lindsay knew all the details of the account simply from being given my name and said she would try and get it to me today, if not tomorrow. Within 20 minutes of calling, the lorry was parked outside delivering our oil. Paul, the driver/operator was an absolute delight to deal with, professional, engaging, genuinely a great ambassador for your company. This is only our second order having moved in recently but you have certainly secured our loyalty as a customer going forward. Thank You!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We have just received an extremely good service. My oil was very low and my boiler would not work. Even though the office had closed Ali replied to my plea for help and arranged for some oil to be dropped off to me, on a cold late Saturday. The service was above and beyond of what was expected.Thank you so much, we are truly grateful.
