Didn't do research and see that I was based in a hamlet that would not allow for more than 2 houses to be built, so Dan put in for 3 which got the backs up of villagers. Then virtually got nothing done for 4 years until the govt introduced a new law that prevented building. Dan happy to take £1000s but not work with wcc, also no apology or compassion, avoid!!

Professional, Innovative and Highly Recommended

We had the pleasure of working with Dan and the team at Altas Planning on a complex residential scheme. Despite several obstacles and objections Atlas were able to build a credible strategy and constructive dialogue with the planners and other agencies.
