SHOCKING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - they failed to switch me over to a new supplier and left me with massive bills with my current supplier. I contacted them repeatedly. They kept replying with ' we are chasing it up'. I received very high bill from current supplier as was now on out of contract base rate (as I had not been switched). 8 weeks later after my application, they sent me an email to say my switch wont be happening. They asked to see my high bill from my current supplier, which I sent them. They said nothing they can do and they thanked me for highlighting the problem with the failed switch. They said if I wasn't satisfied that I should complain to Energy Ombudsmen (which they are not registered with?). Why are they not taking any accountability for not switching me in a timely manner? Is 8 weeks not grossly inflated? My advice would be avoid these people at all costs. They will not have any accountability. You are just a number to them.

This is a great service. I rely on it to get the best deal for my electricity and gas. I just spoke to Brian and he was thorough and helpful and I know I have the best deal and tariff. The other great thing is that they sort out the whole move from one provider to another. Highly recommended.

Appalling.. I was at position 1 in a queue for 29 minutes! After that, I hung up. Avoid at all costs.... Dreadful... not even 1 star. Useless. Online quote application software didn't offer my address so I couldn't progress for a quote.
