We recently had Craig from Heat-it install a replacement boiler after our old system failed. He provided a very competitive quote for the work, was able to complete the job the day after receiving the quote and finished the installation to an extremely high standard. He checked we were completely happy with all of the work before finishing.

The fact that the warranty period for the Worcester Bosch boiler installed comes with 10 year coverage for parts and labour instead of the standard 5 years because of their accreditation plus Heat-it including two years of servicing was something we really liked.

Overall, we'd highly recommend heat-it.

Heat-it Perth, absolutely great from the start when asking for a quote, until the finish, when a completely new heating system/boiler/radiators installed. Craig and the team did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, and we were kept up up date at all times. Had a few questions regarding the new system changing from an old system to a combi, but was completely reassured by Craig. It has been a few weeks now, and the house is so much warmer, and the boiler is really quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this local company.

Phoned Craig in an absolute state - no heating or hot water and our insurance company had been giving us the run around. We were on day 5 of freezing in the middle of winter and Craig listened and then advised an appropriate course of action. This did not actually invoice Craig doing any work, but he referred us to our boiler supplier and had also diagnosed the problem which the tradesman the insurance company had sent out had totally misdiagnosed. So huge thanks to Craig and Jennie - who went above and beyond for a frozen and emotionally overwhelmed girl!

He was the most nice and kind person and when it came to my boiler simply needing a reset button (hidden I may add) pressed to get it working again he was so friendly and nice about it. Great service from start to finish. Craig was able to guide me on the correct boiler before ordering and the install. Removed my old unit, spotless workspace and excellent attention to detail before commissioning the new boiler. Showed me the full operation before filling out all the paperwork for the warranty and removed all rubbish and recycled the old one.
Cannot praise and recommend this company enough.
