Brilliant shop and great service. Hired an e-bike (Moustache) for Gien Tanar / Mount Keen loop. Great bike, really well maintained with plenty of battery for longer trips.
Danny was really helpful. Friendly, efficient, quick handover and drop off and amazing local knowledge of bike routes.
Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my rear derailleur on my E-Bike. Came to the shop and the young mechanic found the problem very quick and exchanged the spare part in not more then 20 minutes. Saved my vacation, thank you so much! Professional and nice people! Highly recommend!

A wonderful bike shop located in the heart of Ballater. Very friendly team with a great selection of equipment and bikes. With the stunning nature on offer in the area, its well worth renting a bike from here and exploring whats on offer. The performance gavel bikes we rented were in perfect condition and a considerable upgrade to what we are used to.

Absolutely fantastic day. This is the 2nd time we have hired bikes from here and this time it was just myself and my son. We hired an Ebike and an Ebike with full suspension. We hadn't booked but the gentleman kindly got the bikes ready as we waited and sorted out our helmets to make sure they fitted properly.
He was also extremely helpful in choosing a route for us and we had a fantastic time cycling around Loch Muich.
I would advise booking to avoid disappointment as we were lucky these ones were still available.

Hired e-bikes on day rate, great quality bikes, having never previously used an e-bike the gent at the shop was very helpful. Cycle hats & security lock included. Day rate from 10am to 7pm, we only used for 4 hours but was still well worth it. Cycled from Ballater to Aboyne, up Glentanar and back to Ballater on lower Deeside road and still had half the battery power left. Great day out.
