As an avid DIYer I find Scewfix a great resource. Their product range is extensive, reasonably priced and they offer both in-store collection or delivery as options to get the stuff you need. They are open 7 days a week, which is very convenient too. The staff in my local store Caerphilly Bedwas are friendly and helpful. Definitely be back again and again.

Really poor service from this particular store. If you are a female going into this store alone, be prepared to be told why you shouldn’t buy a product, refused the product and bullied by not only one but two members of male staff, one of which was the ‘duty manager’.
I was disrespected and belittled, called “love” on several occasions. When you ask them to stop and that you just want the product you went in for, they both then become aggressive, defensive and go on the attack as a pair.
I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life by two men. I don’t expect them to hold the door open for me, but what I do expect is a level of customer service befitting a human being.

Ordered an item which said next day pick up, no text from them after 3 days so went in there only to be told the item didn't arrive and all they could do was refund me!

It's just really poor. I needed that item. If Screwfix had of said it wasn't available or not available in the timeframes I needed then I could of just ordered from elsewhere. Not happy, now I can't get the part anywhere as no time, so I can't do the job... Absolute shambles!

Sort it out Screwfix or there is another shop we will all be visiting it starts with Tool and end in Station!

I don't have an account here but I have used Screw fix a couple of times now and found them extremely helpful. I popped in today as I needed a new Yale door barell. Didn't catch the women's name who served me or the man who helped but both were extremely helpful and polite.

I was seen by Katie and the assistant manager when applying for my trade UK card and electric fix card amazing service they both explained all the rewards and how everything worked really clearly. Great stock of tools but I'll be coming back for the really helpful staff
