Excellent service from start to finish. Jacob, my advisor explained my options clearly and did everything to make the process as simple and as pain free as possible.

Communication was excellent, advice was well informed, and I found I had confidence in Jacob and his responses were quick and concise.

Jacob Bremen was the person I delt with thought out my application for a Iva.
He went above and beyond with my application he rang me endlessly when I did not return his calls, with his perseverance my application went through, it has made a massive difference to my everyday life not having to worry about bills.

I suffer severe anxiety which makes telephone calls a major issue for me. As a result, I had a very hard time dealing with creditors & found myself swamped in debt. One phone call to Jacob at Think Debt and all my problems were dealt with professionally, swiftly & with no extra stress. I can now manage my life and know that even if Jacob is on holiday (again, sorry about that Jacob...) if I have any worries he will always help me out. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.
