Seamless process from the initial contact, receiving estimate and booking day for collection. Was also given advance notice of a collection time window. Excellent and efficient service from my first contact when I was given a quote immediately and a choice of dates. Josh and Ryan called me to confirm what time they expected to be arriving at my property today which I appreciated rather than sit at home for hours with a 4 hour time slot!
They were polite and respectful of my property and took photos of all the items I wanted removed before and after the clearance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clearance company … thank you guys.

Reliable and good communication. Shifted my rubbish on time and hung around when they had problems getting in the property. Only gripe is they quoted £59.99-£69.99 and charged me £79.99. Otherwise all good. Thanks.

So had quite a large amount of garden and shed waste that needed gone, and Ryan and Lee got on with it in no time at all, and cleaned and swept up after all stuff was cleared , only gripe was after being quoted a good price they added on another £63 quid which they said was vat, I thought price quoted was incl vAT but obviously misheard them,, but I am pleased with how they got on with the job expiditely , would recommend them again but to get quote incl VAT Next time!
