I am not in the trade but needed a replacement timer for my glow worm boiler. I had tried on line and struggled to find one. I went in once with a photo of the code on the back of my timer and needed to go back with more details. The part was going to cost £120 which the salesman PROUR (off Receipt) said was a lot - first he went outside and got a heating engineer to see if we could find a better option whom was helpful and then he produced a stock item from a newer boiler which we compared code numbers and it was the same! Total price £36.12. Fitted it and working well. Great service and a good saving as its christmas - well done - thanks Mark
