Really, really helpful staff. Went through different options for the item I needed on the computer screen, offering advice. I made a mistake an ordered the wrong size of something, but was able to go straight back and swap. Everything I needed was in stock and the price is good. This will be my first choice place to go now.

OK so this place is tucked away so they don't get much through traffic. There is a lot of parking and it never gets too busy so you're always in and out. It's quite a reasonable sized tool station and really well stocked. I went here for a sander which I couldn't get at screwfix.. This will be my first port of call next time. Really helpful friendly members of staff always make the difference too.

Dan and Hannah are so friendly and helpful. Consistently give helpful honest advice. Will even search their competitors’ stores if they don’t stock a product. That kind of service has made me switch to this store as my first stop for tools etc.

Southwick branch Used to be good, twice last week website confirms in stock , go to store out of stock. Yesterday i had to return a faulty item, should have been easy as it was visibly damaged. This branch made a simple exchange as difficult as possible. No apology just lack of commitment.
