Hired Bang Tidy for an end of tenancy clean, picking them over lower quotes as they had great reviews. The clean itself was fine but their team left a sopping wet sponge and a leaking bottle on a mid century teak unit, leaving water damage.

After we complained and asked them to rectify this on their insurance, they eventually promised first to send a french polisher to repair the damage or to pay towards some of the value of the unit, both of which we would have been happy with, didn't follow through with either, then ghosted us despite repeated chasing.

Mistakes happen, that's totally fine, but that's what insurance is for and to be fobbed off like this is really disappointing from a local company.

We were using their services regularly for a while. First few cleanings were good but after a while we realised they were using our own equipment and detergents and even once they didn’t bother putting them back. Then we noticed they started skipping a lot.

I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting some of the amazing staff at Bang Tidy. They came into my home with no judgement, with complete empathy and true professionalism.
They have worked extremely hard to improve my living conditions which is having such a positive effect on my mental health.
