The skip truck drivers from this company have ruined the area in front of our house. When the skip was dropped off, the driver made no attempt to stay on the road / pavement, got stuck and completely destroyed the grass and recently laid footpath. He was towed away and we were offered no apology. On collection, another driver pushed all our bins over (rubbish everywhere) and broke the bin store block paving. Again, no apology or attempt to rectify. Absolutely atrocious. Please AVOID this skip company – I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We had used BT Skips lots of times over the past 5 years. Always been good service..... Last time we used BT unfortunately we were told the skip was not paid for (it was) then was let down on multiple occasions for the collection of the skip. Skip was left on drive for over a week. So unfortunately we did not use them again & have been using WinWick skips who have been great

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager of this company. My friend hired this company but the “service” my friend get was disrespect and open racism . The manager refused to help , and made it clear that my friend was not welcome all because of who they are.

This is not just bad customer service this is outright racist abuse. A company that allows this kind of behaviour should be held accountable.
Do not support this business. They don’t deserve your money if they treat people like this.

Absolutely awful, never using BT Skips ever again. The skip is still on our drive despite calling several times now to get it picked up. Our first call to them was 10 days ago to get it collected and all we've had since then are empty promises. "It'll get taken today or tomorrow". Absolute lie. It's still on our drive now and we've had to cancel work that is meant to be done on our drive this week because of their incompetence. When explaining to the woman on the phone about our frustration she constantly said "ok... ok... ok" like she did not care and just wanted to get off the phone. Understand things can get busy but this is unacceptable. Very disappointing, I would NOT recommend BT Skips unless you want a full skip on your drive for days and weeks after calling several times to get rid. 1/5 stars is being generous to them, shame I can't give 0 stars!

The driver has just dropped a skip off next door, WA130JF. Can I please say very well done. I don't know how he managed with manoeuvring past parked cars. He wouldn't give up and managed to get it on the drive. Great job and very pleasant to talk to, as we moved our car to make a bit more room.

Driveway Held Hostage by This Skip Company

Now entering our third week with this skip still sat on our drive — despite countless phone calls and false promises from BT Skips. Every time we ring, we’re fed a new excuse: drivers off sick, too busy, or simply “we’ll get to you tomorrow” — which never happens.

Meanwhile, we can’t use our drive at all, and rubbish keeps blowing out for us to pick up. Once they’ve got your money, they clearly see your property as convenient free storage for their skips.

Reading other reviews, it’s obvious this is not a one-off — it’s how they operate. Appalling customer service, zero reliability, and no care for the inconvenience they cause.

Avoid BT Skips at all costs. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.

It looks like I'm experiencing what everyone else is. Promises to remove the skip but, it never happens. We can't get our cars off the drive, it's a nightmare!!

We have been waiting 3 weeks for the skip to be collected!! We have rang 3 times!! We can't use our drive way and it is starting to smell. Would not recommend. Use a different company
