I'll put an honest review on as the negative ones seem to have been removed. I've used this company for around 7 years now. 5 in a previous company and now currently 2 on my own company. Some staff are nice, some are rude and passive aggressive. When on contract both the previous business and my current one struggled with non-collections and once in the previous location going as far as forging my signature which was disputed as I wasn't in on that day. I had constant issues with bin collections whilst in a contract for monthly collections and changed to Ad Hoc which improved it massively until recently. It wasn't emptied when it was supposed to and so I left my bin out and contacted them the week later. In that time, the general public decided to dump their rubbish in which obviously is uncollectable but they aren't aware. I received a really nicely done passive aggressive email about telling myself and staff not to dump it in there and to remove it (because when I pay £1000s for collections I LOVE making it so it isn't collected). The bin doesn't even lock fully and I've tested it myself when I've wondered how people got in to it when it locks. If the bin was collected when it's supposed to though, the general public wouldn't have as much access to it but that's life.

Just be aware they'll treat you like it's your fault for anything, won't provide reasons or apologies for no collection and can be rude to you. Sometimes they operate well, other times they don't. It'll be your issue regardless though. On the odd occasion the bin guy has spoke to me, he's been okay and I think I've signed something once for him.

We have used Bibby Hygiene for many years at my practice in Great Eccleston. Always so helpful, never missed a collection. Drivers are friendly. Any queries have been answered in a professional and timely manner. At this point can't fault them.
