Came here on Saturday 5th august 2023.

I was having a nightmare with a seized nut on my angle grinder. Bought a pin wrench from here and it snapped within 5 minutes. Don't remember any names as it was a long day but I just wanted to say thank you to the two gentleman and lovely woman for helping me out. One of the guys took the nut off for me and sold me a alternative that doesn't need a pin wrench. Fantastic, helpful service. All of them are golden 🤌 Saved me big time and because of them I was able to finish my job off!

Bought a product which required another product to be purchased to make the first work, didnt relize till I got all the way home so had to go all the way back. I do think the sales woman should of pointed this out😡

AVOID LADY ON COUNTER HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ON MANY OCCASIONS SHES SHOUTED CLOSE THE DOOR WHEN I APPROACH STORE THEN SAID WHEN I RETURNED UNUSED ITEM ‘IF ITS CASH YOUR AFTER WE CANT GIVE YOU IT ‘ I replied it’s on account by the way

Sunday 27th November. Made an online order, went in half an hour later. The guy that served me (sorry don’t know his name) was so helpful and knowledgeable! He recognised that I had ordered the wrong pipes and corrected my order and saved me a trip back. Superb customer service, thanks Toolstation Bootle!!
