This company is amazing!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I have just logged a call with Midshire to help fix a problem with my printer and I have been super impressed by the help and support provided to me by Dave Higgins on the Helpdesk. He dealt with my issue immediately without having to ring me back. He clearly knows his stuff as he resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and provided sound advice. Brilliant company. Had a new printer/scanner installed under a lease agreement. Forgot to add my computer to the network at time of installation. Called the service number and Dave assisted me to set things up. Superb customer service, easy installation and a very nice chap indeed! The printer is working well throughout my team and has changed the game for my business in relation to scanning, printing and cost! Will be exploring leases throughout all areas of the business based on my first week of having the machine and working with MiD solutions...

If you are looking to use this company for anything think again. Your printer breaks and they send a man with a piece of paper to med it, go figure. Then you ask for an early settlement figure with two months to go and they try hard to rip you off. If you are foolish enough to go with them make sure they leave their terms and conditions with you.
