Not the best experience. Unfortunately most of the staff have no formal qualifications. This causes resentment leading to a toxic environment.
They put a qualified experienced engineer with an unqualified apprentice who then tried to delegate him work. Unbelievable. The gas supervisor is a domestic plumber who thinks being competitive is running back to management telling tales so unprofessional. Office staff are arrogant & rude. They all seem to have got their jobs through the old pals club. The main problem is lack of leadership.

Horrific driving by one of your vans this morning on Parkway by the Trafford Centre. Cut in front of a lorry to avoid coming off at a junction & missed crashing into the lorry by a hairs width.

Poor management skills, incorrect wages often with a late wage slip
The job in hand wasn’t difficult and I liked being among the amazon experience but phosters can’t organise a thing. They favour staff members over others, allow cig every 40mins breaks but if you don’t smoke it’s though you just carry on grafting away.
