Kevin and Dominic were fantastic, they were also happy with my dog hanging around them for most of the fitting. Punctual, friendly and explained everything to me from start to finish. In love with the new door and they were installed quickly and cleanly!

We had been looking to replace our old tired front doors and bay window for sometime. Several of our neighbours had TWS Kidderminster Windows and Doors. We visited the TWS showroom and were immediately impressed with their customer service and quality of the products offered. TWS installation is both professional and first class. We chose this company over others due to excellent advice and help in deciding the correct looking windows for our mock Georgian house. We were shown a computer image of what they’d look like installed. On fitting day Dave & Dom turned up on time and were friendly and worked really well as a team. Having had some windows fitted before by another company we were very pleased with the quality and finish of the whole installation. I would recommend.

Really impressed with TWS experience from start to finish. We had been looking to replace an old wooden sash window on a Victorian property and were reluctant to go with UPVC but when we popped into the showroom in Kidderminster and spoke to Jamie who was very informative about the products on offer we felt that we had stumbled across the right place. It was good to see the options in the showroom and Jamie came out to do a home visit very promptly and was both friendly and highly professional. Kevin and Dom fitted the window and were punctual, friendly and did a great job and also cleaned up after themselves. I don't normally leave contractors on their own in my house but felt totally at ease and that I could trust them to lock up and leave me a key. There was a small scratch to some of the outer 'furniture' on the window which is on order and they are coming back to replace. I have full faith, having spoken to Dan (whom I also spoke to prior to installation and was helpful) who has assured me that this will be replaced very quickly.
Nobody would know that the window wasn't wood from outside and is totally in keeping with the rest of our house. We are really pleased and will no doubt be back for more window replacements in the near future as they not only do a good job but are value for money. Well done TWS team!
Excuse the paintwork on the inside we are yet to get round to it!

Excellent quality and they genuinely care about their customers. We have just had all our windows replaced by TWS and we can’t praise them enough. We visited a few different, local, double glazing companies and TWS really stood out as they were not at all pushy (like the others were!) just really helpful. The other companies claimed to be giving you all these discounts but they were still more expensive than TWS who gave us a fair, honest price. Tim, the owner, came out to measure up and he explained everything and discussed our options but there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever for us to agree to anything. The quality of the windows is excellent and Kevin and Dominic, who fitted them, have done a brilliant job and they were really friendly and helpful too. Even the neighbours have commented on how much care Kevin and Dominic showed in their work and their attention to detail. We would definitely recommend TWS to anyone who wants an excellent job without the worry of high pressure sales people and rip off prices. Thank you everyone at TWS.

We decided to install new windows, to replace the 30yr old UVPC ones. We used TWS many years ago, to install composite doors. We were so pleased with their workmanship with previous work, that we went straight back to TWS. There is a great selection in the showroom. Lucy and Tim were very patience with us, as we did change our minds on our original window designs. The installation work carried out by Mat and Kevin was excellent. They have done a fabulous job, and we are so pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend TWS for windows and doors. We didn’t bother getting quotes from other firms, as we knew TWS are good on price and product quality. There was no hard sell either. Thank you all for your great work. The windows and new back door are super. 👌🏻
