Our thanks to Mike for responding so quickly to sort out a problem with my Mum's TV signal.

Mike was very professional, punctual and caring to my Mum who struggles with technology. He removed the old equipment and fitted a new dish etc having explained the problem and having quoted the price with my Mum beforehand. He then went through the controls with her ensuring that she was confident with everything before he left.

A brilliant service and we would highly recommend.

Had Mike out today who came to sort out my parents tv. He turned up virtually straight away and quickly and professionally diagnosed what the problem was. Placed a call with Maccartneys Aerial services as my mother in laws aerial needed replacing . From the phone call to attending site first thing the next day Mccartneys proved to be very professional , prompt and carried out all work in a timely manner . I would highly recommend this local business and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If your looking for aerial or satellite services then these are a must !

My mum doesn’t “do” technology and has had some real struggles since the TV went digital. Macartney’s Aerials have been out three times (over the space of many years) and have always been prompt, reliable, friendly and great value for money. On the last occasion they helped her set up her new digital TV box and taught her how to use it, only leaving when she felt confident in it use. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Had the lovely Mike out today because I was having Satellite signal issues thought it was a problem with my satellite dish turns out it was my box the receiver had gone Mike was so helpful and friendly and managed to get my freeview channels sorted for me until my new box arrives tomoz so Just want to say a big thank you to Mike for all your help and for being such a lovely helpful and friendly person defo recommend
