Went whole hog and future proofed by making it high efficiency again in line with government net zero targets being thrust upon us. So as per there terms and conditions new installation and new service provider uplift fee not applicable. However they wont come and uplift until we agree to pay 550 plus vat. They ignore the terms and conditions even though they tried to say the fee was per their terms and conditions. Would love to hear from anyone who has had similar. As they are forcing us to pay for something we cant use because now on electirc and solar. Or pay to take away. Im charging them storage and speaking with net zero groups. I will follow up to the end. But they are bullying. Coercive and extorting. Its unbelievable
They then reply saying final position. Without any answers of why their own terms and conditions state no fee uplift.

Failed to deliver on multiple occasions, leaving us without gas for over a week, no hot water. One of the agent’s was rather rude over the phone, and they have refused to provide any compensation.

Flogas is a very good LPG gas supplier with a very helpful staff.

Firstly, they didn’t deliver on the day they said. And never told me that they were not coming. Then just turned up a day or so later.
Secondly, they try to charge me for being out of contract which I wasn’t.
Lastly, they didn’t deliver the amount of gas we agreed upon. Now due to no thought of my own I am in debt to them. They will not sort this out. They already told me they won’t send anymore letters. But that have. This is also deteriorating my mental health.
I tried to pay for what I could afford but they have put me in debt and that won’t deal with it

Very efficient but my gas price was doubled less than half way through the contract. Will shop around when contract finishes. Make sure you do your homework as you do not seem to have alternative but to pay once in contract although the prices shown by other companies are much lower even less than my original price.

This is first and last order placement with Flo Gas. I ordered 3x 47kg bottles over a week ago and they still have not been delivered despite confirmation from FG Customer Setvices that they would be prioritised today.

I have a brand new installation running LPG for the first time and today, my supply ran out. I have managed to source supply from a competitor at very short notice despite being charged a premium for express delivery.

Alarm bells rang for me when I did not have a choice on a delivery time slot nor have any idea of typical supply lead time at the point of order. I can’t think of any other commodity or site that operates like this. When I questioned this (see below), I received a patronising reply that seemed to miss the entire point of my enquiry.

Flo Gas? No thanks. Go to Calor.

hi not happy been without gas for to days,,,after a lot of phone calls ,,,we are back on ...but sum neighbors still not on ,,disappointed in there,sum people had plumber look at there boilers costing money etc x
