So very impressed with this company. Having just bought a new build where the developer had used Unique to instal the alarm system, we contacted them to take out a maintenance contract. A very polite and bright engineer came out a few days later to check over the system and gave us a very detailed handover, fully explaining all of the functions of the alarm and re-programmed it in order to fulfil our requirements of the system. We were given a lot of time to make sure we fully understood its operation and were happy and confident to use it. A week after Unique returned to make an adjustment to the bell box, something we wished to be done, nothing wrong with the box. Another engineer arrived, equally as pleasant as the first, sorted out the box and then offered to clean it for me whilst he was up there. It is so refreshing these days to come across a company with such a can do, will do attitude and everything carried out professionally, politely and in a very bright and pleasant manner. The office staff were extremely helpful and bright on the phone too. They certainly are Unique!

I cannot fault the service we received from Unique Fire and Security. Both Engineers who visited our premises this week were very polite and efficient and carried out the alarm and fire extinguisher services in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Unique Fire and Security.

Unique were very speedy in sending out an engineer within hours of my call regarding our home alarm system - their telephone line staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind and their engineer was really helpful being flexible working with our other contractors and explaining what he was doing in a simple enough way for me to understand. Thanks for the excellent customer service - would highly recommend.

We use Unique within our Trust schools for Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights and I've now had them take on some Burglar Alarms too. Excellent service, good engineers, quick to fix problems and always happy to make recommendations to improve our systems. Highly recommended.

Unique fire and secrity came to service my security camera. The engineer that came was friendly and professional, answering all my questions with patience. There was a fault with the app on my mobile and he spent ages attempting to sort it, eventually having to arrange for another engineer to visit. Second engineer was equally as polite and professional and managed to sort the app out. I found both engineers to be professional. approachable and did not feel uncomfortable, as a woman, having them in my home.

Every interaction from the sales team to the installation fitters and the office admin team when we decided to upgrade our package has been friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. The finished CCTV and alarm installations are very neat and the interface easy to use. Let’s hope it persuades thieves to try their luck elsewhere.

Really lovely people to deal with.
Ian who installed our new system was so good. He explained everything to us really well and even touched up the Masonry paint work where the old bell had been on the front of our bungalow, because the new one was a different shape.
