We booked Chris in to sort an outside blockage of unknown source. I suppose the only negative I could say was that the booking was for about two weeks time but I didn't think it was urgent and I'm sure like most companies they reserve other slots for urgency. Communication was great and he came, sorted two blockages, didn't charge me for the second because it took less than ten mins which was great. Sorted payment afterwards with an email link due to poor signal at the property. Straightforward, punctual and professional. I will be keeping their number if there's any issues after the 90 day guarantee (which is also very nice).

Superb service. Quick quote given and agreed, came out same day ( approx 4 hours after 1st contact) to clear a blocked drain which was backing up sewage. I highly recommend if you want prompt and efficient service in the North-West. Chris and his mate were pleasant and professional. They ensured that work boots were covered with protective gear so that my carpet is not soiled. Work area was neatly cleaned of all the grime from unblocking my kitchen sink.
