Had a motoring incident with one of their engineers last week on Windrush Way. He was rude and uncooperative when taking my details. I gave him my name and number and then when I didn't want to give him my address he threatened to call the police on me which caused me to panic and stress out. Gave me none of his details in return when I asked him. I went to their office to make a formal complaint and was told I would receive a callback from his manager, and I have heard nothing since. My next step will be to contact the citizens advice bureau since I have been left feeling disrespected and violated.

Worst housing association ever. Never take our worries seriously. Have left block doors disabled which allows anybody to enter. 3/4 of their properties in Furnival avenue suffer from severe mould (one gentleman had it for 10 years before any repairs were done). They've been overcharging residents for rent and have only said "someone's working on it." They promise things that never happen. They charge for services we don't even get. Don't bother putting a complaint in, they're in the same team, nothing will be done.

Without Shame,Without Honor, Without integrity is the least you can describe the practices and conduct of this housing association.

Was harrasssed for over two years and left traumatised to near suicide and they still do not care.

@All others here who have suffered from their wilful neglect; You are Not Alone my fellow neighbours. My thoughts are with you.

For the past 6 months I told my housing officer drew to clean our outside storeroom so we can store our valuables in there but when you go in it’s smells of booze and urine. School kids go inside to smoke drugs. I don’t feel safe leaving my things in there. We contacted drew 4 times in the past 6 months about this, he has ignored us numerous times and not done anything about this. His not a good housing officer.

A letter from Bucks Home Choice confirming I am entitled to 2 bedrooms alongside Universal Credit statements confirming that my rent is paid in full because I am permitted to have 2 bedrooms was not enough for the jobsworth lettings manager in the mutual exchange department that they forced me to provide traumatic, detailed documents about my personal life claiming that as my potential landlord they need to be made aware of the circumstances that led to me requiring 2 bedrooms or they would not be able to proceed with my mutual exchange. Keep in mind I'm trying to exchange from a 2 bedroom house, to another 2 bedroom house so the housing ombudsman is going to have an absolute field day with this if it gets refused. The rent is double what I am currently paying, the mutual exchange form isn't fit for purpose, despite their rent being horrendous across all of their properties they are so tight that they refuse to pay for a home swapper membership to enable the process to be made much simpler for tenants so quite frankly they should be grateful I even want to be their tenant if my experience so far is anything to go by. Absolutely disgraceful to think that they are above Bucks Home Choice and UC and false claims of that they may have a different criteria which I would love to see sight of because it doesn't exist anywhere on their website. If I had bid on their property via Bucks Home Choice I never would have been forced to provide these documents which are now going to be held on file forever for all staff to read and if I wasn't entitled to 2 bedrooms UC would be charging me bedroom tax. They have 34 days left let's see how much they drag out the rest of the process and how many other hurdles they force me to jump over just so that I can be closer to my family and not commit suicide.

There’s a serious lack of communication at Housing Solutions, and it seems to be a widespread issue across all the properties they manage. What seems to be a high staff turnover, lack of accountability, and little care makes dealing with them frustrating. I feel let down and disappointed.

Limited and delayed response when issues raised. Action only taken when managers included in emails and formal action taken. Area managers are too busy l, and manage too many homes to adequately care for all. I don't live in a home managed by this company but live on a development and use their facilities - when I chased a serious health and safety concern after 4 months I was essentially told 'I'm too busy to deal with this' - swiftly sorted once formal action taken which is frustrating.
