Dont even think of switching to Vodafone Broadband. They advertise that they have full fibre network & I entered to the contract on 8th of May. But upto now (10th Sept) they say Open Reach has not done the full fibre wiring yet to my area. Then why accepted my order ? Why online advertising ?
They have branches but they do not have answers, only directing to customer support which is designed to repell who tries to contact.
Since I'm leaving, my old supplier doubled their monthly rental too. So thanks to Vodafone, Im still awaiting 🙏

Raised a formal complaint with #Vodafone back in April after being misled on the discount offered on the 2 year contract. Since then, I’ve made countless calls trying to get it resolved, with zero progress. Vodafone promised a response within 5 working days — it’s now been 3 months with no update.

To make matters worse, I tried calling customer service again and was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for nearly an hour each time. This level of service is appalling and completely unacceptable.

Unless this is addressed immediately, I’ll be escalating to the #ombudsman #CISAS and reporting Vodafone to #Ofcom.

Straight off the A339. Plenty of parking. Impressive site. Clean, bright, calm and spacious. Plenty of hot desks, dining area, wet wipes, ping pong. Very friendly and polite staff.

Vodafone is such a joke. Couldn't get my WiFi working, kept blaming city fibre. Called almost 100 time within few weeks, every agent answered the call was so promising then heard nothing. Couldn't connect my WiFi. 2 work from home and kids are home for holiday. Had to buy a couple unlimited SIM to get through. After few weeks waiting I had to switch, now they keep sending me bills plus early termination fee. Shame on a big company. Maybe work on your customer service bef demanding money.

iam on pay as you go toped up on 21 of each month then it changed to the 17 of each month now its changed to the 15 of each month had 30gb data now nothing because thay changed the date all thay say is its because there 29.to 31 day in some moths now i know why i left years ago going to change again DO NOT USE VODAFONE thay dont care just want your money

Voaphone as a company gone down hill. Customer of over 20 years . I ask to swith to there broadband service . Ive had 2 go live dates that are cancelled because i dont have a line. They have now booked another date and i still wont have a line . Have been without broadband since may 2nd and now they tell me it will be another 3 weeks before i may get a line .
Maybe i should drag CEO down here only 20 minutes from there HQ .

How can Vodafone possibly exist with customer service as bad as it is now Call centres in India and Egypt who cannot speak or understand plain English and who do not make any call notes, for follow up enquiries, wasting customers time. The agents refuse to pass you onto managers who know better so they continue to fumble their way through the call making mistake after mistake, delivering the worst possible customer service I’ve experienced in over 20 years, when this kind of thing should be imperative for a telecommunications company to have nailed on point. It’s embarrassing for the UK, and one of our supposedly flagship technology companies to have such abismal service. One star isn’t even deserved here.
