We were recommended Steve by a friend and could not have been more impressed with his service! He was extremely helpful and brilliant with communication, recommending us a burner and answering any queries we had.
The actual installation took less than two days. Steve and David regularly cleaned throughout the day and left everywhere tidy. They even took our old TV aerial off the roof for us.
Steve immediately identified that the gas man we had initially used had capped the gas off in the middle of the fireplace and was able to work around the issue and sort his own gas engineer to attend to cap the gas off elsewhere for us. Steve included us in the design decisions, discussing how excavating the chimney higher might make the room look larger.
Steve was very knowledgable and explained / demonstrated how to use the burner safely. He provided us with a HETAS metal plaque and submitted the HETAS certificate and Midthern warranty straight away.
Steve is a really nice guy and very easy to get on with and we would absolutely recommend him!

We had two log burners installed by Steve and his colleague Dave, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly. Both installations were tricky — the kind of jobs that could easily have turned into a nightmare — but Steve handled everything with total professionalism and a calm, can-do attitude.

From the outset, communication was brilliant. Steve clearly knows his stuff, and he took the time to talk us through options, answer questions, and make sure everything would be both safe and look great.

On the day, he and Dave worked hard, were tidy, respectful of the house, and just generally great to have around. The end result is superb – both log burners look fantastic and work perfectly. You’d never know how complicated the job was.

If you’re thinking of having a log burner fitted, don’t look any further.
