Negas at Queensbury responded really quickly to my emergency. The radiator came off the wall due to an accident. The radiator was put back on new brackets and the leak fixed. First of all, I consulted Which?, made a chart and we decided which makes of boiler we would consider. Then I looked at the models we thought we would like. I phoned Paul in the Negas office and set out our requirements. Paul was very helpful and after our discussion, I removed one make of boiler from the boilers that we were considering having.

Nigel came round, looked at our house, and discussed our requirements. He was excellent, and we settled on a particular model of Worcester boiler. Nigel was thorough and in the end gave us a price for the boiler, filter, and all work required to install it. When I phoned Paul to go ahead with the boiler he said we could have it installed any day next week, and we opted for Tuesday - so there wasn't a long wait!

On the day of installation, Scott arrived at about 8 am, and got on with installing the boiler, filter, drain, etc. with no fuss at all. Scott was superb! He explained the controls etc. before he finished at about 3 pm. We are very pleased with our new boiler, and the service we have had from all 3 Negas people that we have dealt with. Neither of us believed that we could get a new boiler as quickly and easily as we did! Negas has been top-class, and our new boiler gives us much hotter water than the old one - we just wish we had replaced our boiler earlier!

Fantastic service from Negas. Our boiler packed in during the winter and Paul and the team provided great knowledge and advice on finding the right new boiler.

The guys are fab and provide an excellent service and have maintained the boiler since. It’s refreshing having someone coming to home on time with a smile on their face, friendly and do a clean job. Highly recommend them 👍🏽

Negas deliver an excellent service with Paul doing a great job on logistics, and the team delivering as they quoted, with professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Thanks to Nigel and Stu for fitting the boiler and to Josh and Scott for replacing the old radiators and pipework.

Superb service - initially attended our boiler breakdown and got it going again but it was very much on its last legs so a quote was provided on the visit, along with advice about what replacement would suit our property best with no hard sell. We placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was installed on the Thursday. Brilliant engineers, really helpful and hard working. We'll never use British Gas again - Negas are far superior in every way. Highly recommended!
