Passed my ACS with Viva, great trainers put me at ease in a relaxed training atmosphere. Roy & Pete are down to earth, helpful and know there stuff. Lindsay was helpful with the paperwork/ portfolio side of the course, which also helped as paperwork isn't my forte.The company they use for placement are also good, made a few new friends and enjoyed the experience with Basi. Would recommend and I will be going back.

Booked in for a course, turned up on the day and was told it was cancelled due to sickness. No problem, sickness happens, no big deal.
Since then I've tried to call to rebook and no one calls me back. I've emailed to rebook, no one emails back. I've called to get a refund, no one is available to sort it and no one calls me back. Called to speak to a manager and none are available and guess what... No one calls me back.
So it's now a month further on, they've robbed the full course fee off me, waste hours of my time on hold with no one and I've still not been on the course!

Fantastic set up. Extremely knowledgeable trainers who guide you through the full process. Great training centre that genuinely wants to up-skill and transform the heating and gas industry. This is not a pay to pass institute you will learn throughout whatever course you choose the in depth knowledge required to succeed upon passing. I was on the gas MLP and it was an absolute pleasure to learn from Roy, excellent trainer that’s friendly and very knowledgeable. Also a big thanks to Richard for putting it all together and the continued support and aftercare from viva is second to none.
