Lovely guy who cut me a key in literally 30 seconds whilst I watched. Only cost £5 and key worked perfect but was offered a receipt and to bring it back if any issues occurred. Highly recommend!

Took my dog up to Saltburn from Leeds, packed three bags only to have left the dog lead and collar at home…
The guys had a lovey lead and collar both cost less than £6!! Couldn’t believe my luck.

kimba g buyers beware i think is very unfair , its not the shop that inserts safety precautions in devices ie cardboard its the manufacturer and thank god they do as a grandmother i would be horrified if i shopped and 1 of my grandkids got hold of a stanley knife without the safety cardboard , as an adult i know without instructions to unscrew the device and remove the child safety cardboard think of the consequences to a child without that cardboard horrific dont you THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i i have visited this establishment on many occasions and bought many products and ive always found the owners to be very helpful and friendly

Buyer Beware! My elderly mother purchased a stanley knife this week, which appeared to be faulty, the dial which was suppose to release the safety cardboard was very loose and just turned. I called the number provided to see if there was something I could do to get the knife working, as I would have preferred finding a solution rather than make a trip to Saltburn. When I called the Owner of the store seemed very impatient as soon as I mentioned I had an issue. I tried to explain the situation, and he constantly talked over me. After trying to tell him I was looking for a solution maybe over the phone he got aggressive started calling me a tosser and hung up on me. His behavior was absolutely unnecessary and highly rude. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was a disgrace, and needless to say will not never be a Customer at that shady establishment.

A good old fashioned hardware store if they don't have it they will try and get it for you and they have a substantial range for a small store and the shop is a tardis its a lot bigger inside than it seems from the outside. Staff are masked and sensible folk wait outside for the previous customer to leave
