Also arguably one of the best looking charger IMO especially with the new meter cupboard installed. A big thank you to Steve for putting it on the wall for us. I recently attended the training at the Rolec EV Training Centre and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, providing a hands-on learning environment that’s both practical and engaging. The instructors (Alan and Steve) were knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly experienced in the EV charging industry. They explained complex concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, and were always available to answer questions.

An excellent course, learnt a lot, Allan, such a funny guy, makes learning really enjoyable. All the staff at Rolec were very friendly, always there to help. A guided tour of the factory was an unexpected bonus, surprised to see all the construction was being done by ladies, delicate work for delicate hands. Unfortunately, having pork sausage fingers I can appreciate their level of dexterity.

Multiple ongoing issues with 4 faulty charge outlets over several months, still not fixed.
Very poor customer service - we have to regularly chase before any action is taken. We were recently told to do a 'hard reset' when the units fail (i.e. turn them off and on again). Surely Rolec, and their service partner JML group, can do better? It would appear not

While the eventual repair of my EV charger under warranty is appreciated, the process was unnecessarily protracted. It required persistent follow-up on my part to reach a resolution.

That said, the electricians who finally attended were polite, informative, and completed the work efficiently.

I believe Rolec could benefit from streamlining their warranty process to reduce customer wait times. Additionally, exploring partnerships with additional electrician companies might alleviate their workload and improve response times.

Overall, while the outcome is positive, the journey to get there was frustrating.

Recently got a QUBEV installed, so far it works great with the option to download an app to schedule charging and see usage and wattage.

The user manual is super easy to understand.

I got the untethered version as I needed a 10m cable due to the awkward location of my parking space.
