Very disappointed by this company. I have been using this company for approx 9 years, they supplied and installed my AC unit and have serviced every year since. When i recently called them out they charged me £200 and did nothing they then quoted me £1500 for repair. Another company came out (no call out fee) fixed then for £150 including parts and labour. To be honest I am appalled by this.

Good honest advice, quick and efficient installation service, friendly and competent engineers. We have a large Kitchen / Family Room, which is south facing and has a 6 meter run of Byfold doors. The room is the hub of our home but was unbearable during the summer months. We can now finally enjoy this space as intended with this great new system. The lead Engineer Jack also installed a Smart App module allowing us to cool the room before we get home. We were also pleasantly surprised how nice the warm air function will work in the colder months. We have already recommended this Company to friends and family. 10/10.

More than happy to recommend All Seasons to anyone thinking about treating themselves to air conditioning! From day one when Simon came along to survey to Tom finishing the installation we experienced only completely professional and courteous service. The product is excellent and although the weather has now changed (typically!) meaning we are not currently in great need of it we are very much looking forward to enjoying a more comfortable environment when the weather hots up! Thank you.

Were excellent from 2011 (when we first used them) until about 2017. After that date, their service became increasingly unreliable and often very shoddy. For example, we paid for a full general sevice which was so badly done that even they agreed to redo it from scratch. Countless examples of them cancelling appointments at the last minute, and often simply not showing up at all. We don't use them any more, and cannot recommend them.

I met Steven 6 months ago for an introductory conversation regarding Air Conditioning for my office. The job that Steven and All Seasons have done for my company is outstanding - both the quality of units and professionalism of installation surpassed all expectations.
Their new finance option has now made air conditioning affordable for my home too, so can't wait to see Steven and the team again very soon.

The only reason I have given this company 1 star was because Julie in their service department was so helpful.
We paid nearly £400 to service 2 working air conditioning units and diagnose why the 3rd unit wasn't working. Apparently the £400 didn't include any repairs. Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect which the engineer had warned us about and said if it didn't work we would need a new unit.
On phoning the next day to say the unit still wasn't working I was told that it would cost a further £180 for another engineer to visit and make a new diagnosis. Fortunately Julie negotiated a further visit at no charge. By this stage I had lost all confidence in All Seasons and called another company who came and after a thorough service the unit is working without the need for a replacement
I feel very let down by All Seasons and consider their charges were exorbitant for what was a very poor service.

I have used All Seasons on two separate occasions and have been equally delighted each time. Steven was careful to explain everything in layman’s terms; never once did I feel like I was left in the dark while the installations were carried out. Engineers were polite, friendly and did a really tidy job. Have used competitors in the past but always found All Seasons to be the best value for money.

Good Outfit. We were very impressed with how quickly they came out to quote and subsequently install our air-con. Pricing was competitive and has no issues with quality & workmanship. Would recommend.
