I have done many projects with Jordan at Scion over the years and have always been impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and pride he takes in his work. The ability for the team to work around the unforeseen makes the installations a breeze.
We've just finished a project at 14 locations scattered across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. From start to finish, Scion have been so fantastic in helping setting up our family run gym. With Jordan, Liam and Shaun doing an amazing job with installation- tackling any unexpected issues that arose quickly and without fuss; often staying late to make sure the job was complete and we were happy.
Dan and Damien were super helpful in explaining the processes and systems, always doing that little bit extra to make sure we were comfortable with the technical side of things.
Luke and Duncan were quick and helpful to accommodate fire training around Covid, they made us feel comfortable whilst still carrying out an excellent service.
Finally, the administration team were super! Always going above and beyond to help us. Tom, in particular, was extremely helpful and patient; walking a technologically inept person through even the smallest of tasks. Excellent customer service.

We have recently had Scion Communications Ltd. supply and install CCTV into our Clubhouse. They were very helpful with it from start to finish. They recommended what we could have and where to put it. They came and installed it all in no time at all and left the place very clean and tidy when they had finished. The crew installing it in were all very friendly and polite. They went through everything with me on how it works and what we can do with it. They have also been very helpful with the after care. I'm not up to date with this sort of thing and have had to call them for help. They are always happy to help and have even offered to call in to help me - again.
I have given them 5 * as I would highly recommend anybody to go to Scion. Helpful and efficient.
