Great, professional service producing detailed and accurate check-out and check-in reports for a change of tenants. Charles was super communicative throughout, arranged everything directly with the tenants for me, and upgraded the report to include the previous inventory as part of the service. I was having some problems with my estate agent at the time, who were quite negligent of many problems that were quite obvious in the apartment. But London-IS was really helpful when it came to sorting things out with the Check-In Report, as evidence of the points my estate agent was happily ignoring.

Particularly strong points included:
- quick responses
- well-formatted emails
- each query was clearly separated and coloured to show the conversation history
- thoroughness, of the original report, the only additions I needed to make were things that one only really notices after living there
- flexibility, in how quickly they amended the report

All-in-all, a great experience, I'm glad that they were the independent contractors chosen for the job.
