Dan from airwave stepped in to sort out our previous control 4 installers issues, after being ripped off by the last company on our brand new build and installation of control 4 Dan set our minds at ease and assured us they would get everything programmed in sorting out many many programming issues along the way.

Airwave team arrived Dan and 2 other guys work was clean and tidy work throughout the day this included cutting in 8 inch ceiling speakers to our newly painted ceilings in 3 different rooms with no damage left or dust!

Overall airwave have provided a brilliant service and at a very fair price.

We have booked them back in to add garden speakers to our system plus after seeing their home cinema installation from our friends we will definitely be asking them to quote and carry out that job for us next.

Due to a malfunction within the lighting system, Dan from Airwave came over to inspect. After a brief inspection, he found the issue, made a new appointment for a 2nd visit where he and a coworker replaced all the current ceiling lights and adjusted their settings/groupings.
We now have the option, besides the regular wall panels, to control the lights via Siri and an app.
The work was done very quickly and the guys even used their hoover after to make sure small debris was removed.
Very happy with the service and quality provided, so can definitely recommend Airwave AV to anyone wanting to change their lighting system.

Daniel helped with installing WIFI boosters around our large townhouse to get a great connection on all floors and rooms. He was incredibly efficient and knew we wanted a quick turnaround, which he completely delivered on. Really thankful for his help and will definitely use him again in the future.

We inherited a system that Airwave audio had installed when we bought our house. We naturally asked Airwave audio to come back and recommission our system and show us how to use it when we moved in, in order to make the exercise worthwhile we also added a range of additional hardware. The experience was less than ideal, ending with us having bought the equipment that was recommended to us, but despite what was agreed, the work was left incomplete and equipment remaining unconnected at the end.

Our subsequent experience with our ‘control 4 dealer’ also shows a very poor attitude to after sale services. There is little appetite to help us when we have issues with the system, and we often have to work things out ourselves from forums. Most recently, as we are doing a redecoration exercise requiring movement of the Av system, Dan responded immediately to try to sell us a tv wall, but when it came to helping us with what we actually needed, the communication quickly went quiet.

We do not recommend Airwave audio for Av needs, as there is a highly transactional attitude, and very poor after sales servicing. Our previous experience with Av specialists are that they do not behave in this way.
