Came in to get an Apple iPhone volume button changed, the service from start to finish was amazing. The cost was given upfront and far better than anyone else on the high street, even got a message to another number telling me the job was complete and ready to collect. The button wasn't an exact match (which i was made aware of) but Ali kindly ordered the right colour and changed it when it was in stock. (Got a message to tell me the correct button was now in stock). Highly recommended. Really friendly people.

Bought a refurbished iPhone SE for my mum here, very good service. Price was spot on and the phone was immaculate with a brand new battery. Excellent Service at Snap Tech Upminster – Ask for Ali!

I recently visited Snap Tech in Upminster to get two phones repaired — my iPhone and Samsung and the service was absolutely outstanding.

Ali was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the issues, gave honest advice, and handled both phones with great care. The repairs were done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Both devices are now working perfectly, like brand new!

My iPhone stopped taking charge, popped into snap tech and met Chris he took a look at the port and fixed it within minutes was just a bit of fluff asked him how much I owe him and he didn’t charge it was FREE! Definitely recommend! Honest and professional anyone else woulda definitely done me over, won’t go anywhere else!

Popped in this morning as my son’s charger had snapped off inside his phone. The man who served me was polite, helpful and very efficient as I received a phone call just 2 hours later saying the phone had been repaired and was ready for collection. Will definitely use again!
