Thank you for a fantastic car and service. The process was super simple and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. Whilst this was a used car, Stuart was quick to rectify any issues I had. I plan on getting other cosmetic issues sorted myself and I’ve just had the car ceramic coated as well, making it look brand new.

We recently purchased our Tesla from this company and honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the experience. From the moment we arrived for our test drive with Graham, we were made to feel completely at ease — even with our two young kids in tow! Graham was incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly while we juggled the chaos of little ones.

After placing our deposit, the communication was spot on — clear, timely, and reassuring. Stu took over for the final steps and was equally brilliant. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted in time so we could have the Tesla ready to go for the weekend.

Fantastic customer service.
After delivery, a few issues were picked up that we felt quite stressed about thinking we would have to resolve at our expense. After speaking to the team they reassured us they would rectify the problems, and within 2 days sent a driver to collect the car with a replacement to use.
The car was quickly returned in an immaculate condition with the issues looked at and seemed to all be ok. Sadly another problem was found, again this was offered to be resolved and we were again offered a replacement car while the work was carried out.
The team were very apologetic and understanding with our frustration. We were so relieved to be listened to and that they took immediate action. I would definitely recommend The Electric Vehicle Company because of the way they handled the situation. It’s easy to recommend a company when all goes well but when things don’t go as expected it’s when you really get to see the true service on offer.

Thank you to Graham, Stuart & Danni for your understanding and support and also to Ali for the traffic he endured driving to and from our house delivering & returning our car and replacements. The level of service received was exceptional.

I booked in some time with Graham to go down and view a couple of cars and also get a test drive in as I’d never driven a Tesla before. Graham took his time explaining how a Tesla works and what all of the settings do, before taking me out for a test drive. I really appreciate the time Graham took to go through everything - it really helped me to understand the car.

After the test drive we went to the office and had a look at the stock available based on my budget and specs. Luckily one of the cars that ticked all of the boxes was parked on site, so Graham was able to take me out for another test drive in this car.

We then went back up and sorted all of the paperwork - both Graham and Stu were extremely helpful and continue to be so now when I’m asking a few questions. I even got the car delivered for free about 95 miles away which was a bonus!

There were a few issues (only had 1 key with the car & the invoice had the incorrect pricing), but these were quickly sorted and I received the 2nd key in the post about a week later.

As with most second hand cars, the car had a few tiny scratches and the alloys were a bit scuffed, but the guys got these sorted as best they could and now the car looks amazing.

I would definitely recommend buying a used Tesla through these guys! Thank you both Graham and Stu for your help this past week.
