Paul was helpful on the phone prior to his visit. It's important to get a fixed quote before work starts. There was an issue with the invoice amount, but Paul resolved this satisfactorily.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Paul and his team at Response Heating and Cooling. They installed a heat pump for us through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and the entire process was smooth and stress free, especially applying through the gov scheme and receiving £7,500 towards the cost. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and guided us through every step, making sure we understood how everything worked. The installation was done with minimal disruption to our home, and the attention to detail was excellent. Both my wife and I re extremely satisfied with the install. A job well done !

I’d booked for Paul to come and visit for a service, and on both occasions no-one turned up despite having been told they would. There was no follow-up or call to advise of a change in plans. Rather poor customer service.
