Couldn't recommend these guys enough. After recently moving to the area, our boiler broke down. After contacting numerous plumbers and a couple of call outs with failed attempts at fixing it. Very easy to arrange service. Thorough service, which put right some suboptimal and potentially problematic fixes from previous services (not performed by Oncore). Explained everything in detail so we understood what parts were needed and why. Polite and professional.

Matthew also advised on our oil tank which needed replacing, and took on the project, advising on type, measuring, ordering, hiring a crane, installing and decanting the oil from the old to the new. Supremely helpful, efficient and professional. Very impressed with Oncore.
