The guys here are super welcoming and helpful. A problem with my phone not charging was sorted within 5 minutes. They explained what they would try first and if that didn’t work, second. Luckily a quick fix. Great service with smiles.

I recently got my screen and back case fixed whilst working away in Winchester. At first I was happy that the screen was in one piece as it was in a pretty bad way prior. Upon expection, the edges of my phone were badly scratched (which weren’t there before) also my battery life decreases rapidly after ‘repair’ the main problem here is that my front camera quality is very poor. I’ve read the reviews for this company and noticed another previous customer had the same problem. Blaming them for potentially switching the front camera to a lesser quality than I had previously. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Phone repairs nowadays are expensive as it is, so for that price I expected a good job for what seemed a straight forward fix. I live over 3 hours away. If I was local I’d be straight back in demanding a refund. Avoid this phone ‘repairs’ shop at all costs!!!!
