I can thoroughly recommend this company, from first contact, to job completion. They were very friendly and professional. My elderly Mum, feels quite vulnerable, now she’s on her own. The engineer; Joe; was brilliant with her and she even called me whilst he was there, singing his praises.

I contacted Baxter after disappointing service from two previous companies who failed to properly diagnose and fix our ground source heat pump. Baxter impressed me with the swiftness of their response, sending an engineer who knew his stuff. It’s hard in this day and age to find reliable companies with people who do what they say they’ll do. After several years of poor service from a previous company I contacted Baxter to discuss service and maintenance of our NIBE ASHP. Adam responded to my emails promptly, politely and answered my many probing questions.
Today we had Mark the engineer to service and maintain our ASHP and we have been very impressed. Mark checked all aspects of the system including cleaning the NIBE fan/blades on the ASHP, he gave a clear account of what needed to be done and then a guide through the system. The report and invoice were all prompt and did not require any follow up. The whole experience was professional and helpful.
