What a brilliant shopping experience I had with WGM Sunningdale , I reserved a Stihl HLA66 online
Confirmed the order next day for collection the following day.
Was met by a great chap who had my order ready for me he gave me a brief demo of the hedge trimmer and some valuable maintenance advice too.

We bought a mower via another branch of WGM. The mower experienced a very silly minor problem. A call to the Winchester branch where they advised taking to closer Suningdale branch.
We received prompt and friendly welcome and an on the spot remedy that involved fitting a new linkage pin during a few minutes waiting. I passed the time observing two sales staff advising customers. Precise accurate, descriptions of mowers with no hard sales pressure, the only friendly pressure was re making sure the customers needs were assessed and met. Great service company.

Came away with a 4 strokr Honda Strimmer/Brushcutter that's more suited to my needs that the 2 Stroke Stihl I went in for!

Very poor customer service for online orders. Purchased online and paid extra for the 'Next Day delivery service' because the equipment was needed on a specific day for a job. The item wasn't dispatched for 2 days after the order and TNT will deliver it in 3 days time. Calls to any phone number are unanswered, and voicemails ignored. There are many other places that offer much better and more reliable service (Sam Turner for example).
