Disappointing service overall. I contacted the the company early september regarding the Green Homes Grant. I had a conversation for over an hour with the director, which I followed up with an email for clarity. I then had a call with Gary for 30-45 mins some weeks later. After requesting a quote for underfloor insulation, Frank got in touch to arrange Lee to visit the property. After many hours of being delayed, he arrived and told my builder they only offer rockwool underfloor insulation, which means they can not help. I had provided photos of the air gap and described we would need PIR board. I suspect they are inundated with calls/email, but they wasted my time.

I had cavity wall instulation done today. The surveyer came about one month ago at the time arranged and was polite and seemed efficient. Today Frank and Lee arrived on time, there were friendly and got on with the job. They cleared up afterwards.
Obviously I cannot say anything about the quality of the matterials provided, efficiency and whether there would be a problem in the long run, but so far so good.

So far we've had some loft insulation installed, which was booked and completed within 2 days. Peter even came over to help us empty the loft of all the stuff that was in there beforehand; brilliant! Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Storage heaters are being installed tomorrow (again within 2 days of booking), looking forward to it! Thanks Energy Specifics 👍🏻

From start to finish, this is a company you should deal with.

We were going through the government Green Grant Scheme for a cavity Wall insulation, not on benefits or government allowances, so as you can imagine we expected to join a long queue.

However, the quote for work was back within DAYS which considering some we still havent received anything from now from others, is brilliant.

Then from agreeing that, filling out the necessary forms, to how easy and clear the company made clear what we would need to fill out with regards to the ticking boxes aspect was a credit to them.

A wonderfully friendly surveyor named Henry came to our property to look at what needed doing. Instantly he knew how to approach homeowners who might not be too sure of the work involved. But his thorough evaluation of the property left us in no doubt that we had chosen a 'proper' company'.

He booked us in for a slot to get the work done THERE AND THEN... staggeringly efficient... and we were in for a week later. So far so good...

It got better. Frank knocked on our door at the exact time it was booked in for, 10.30am... like clockwork he explained what he would do, even apologising for noise that it would evidently create. Covid-secure too - wore his mask at all times coming in to my property and aware of health and safety throughout.

The only criticism might come from him... i was home working and pretty busy so didn't have time to make him anything better than Nescafe Azzera granules for his coffee... we'll go for a beer when allowed?

The friendliest bloke ever - i'm a good judge of character and can honestly say he's as genuine as the company he works for. I was left in doubt what the job was about, how i needed to pay at the end, even the materials being used (i nodded and pretended it was good).

Once the work was done, Frank offered to come out when the weather was better to paint over the concrete holes around the house for the wall insulation. Above and beyond.

Not sure why this company doesn't have more reviews as it really should. A class act at every point of dealing.

The team that came to replace our economy 7 heaters were extremely professional, workmanship was excellent. Although there were a few difficulties (medical emergency for my husband) they were extremly helpful caring and understanding and should be recommended with great enthusiasm to anybody requiring the work.

Very inexperienced staff who left fire hazards in my home and when came back out to rectify left shoddy workmanship and then have the gaul to chase me for payment.
