J&S were so quick off the mark to help with my immediate septic system needs and after asking them a load of questions, their expertise shone through and they saved me time and expense for sure.

Had a blocked drain and a full malfunctioning Klargester. J&S came same day and diagnosed issues, came back and fixed them the next day. Pump out, jetting out of blockage and diagnosis of dead compressor. Friendly personnel with a can do attitude, can't fault them, sorted the problems and very reasonably priced too.

Wonderful service. Came twice at very short notice to fix issues left by another company. They identified what still has to be done and estimated over £3k less than the other company. Friendly, honest, very efficient, genuinely local, very reasonable prices. I’ve already recommended to a friend.

Fantastic service, arrived the same day that we called, and cracked on with the issue straight away for a very reasonable price; really knowledgeable on what they are doing. When we rang that evening with an issue with the same drains but different issue (due to a another companies prior shocking attempt) they came the very next morning and it was sorted within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love these guys.
We’re new to the area and the nightmare that can be septic tanks.
They had written the pre sale report for our vendor which is how I came across them.
Since then they have been incredibly helpful and professional with advice and emergency call out (which I didn’t need and they didn’t charge me for).
