Our Service Engineer, David, came out immediately to repair the SMART board, as it was no longer offering the use of touch screen/interactivity. He began trouble shooting instantly and resolved the situation straight away, the board is now up and running smoothly! A brilliant service! 10/10!

After initially being very supportive in our school's set up of G-suite, I was unfortunately left with over 80 faulty log ins.

When I requested support, my emails were repeatedly ignored and I ended up with having to waste many an hour of my time resetting them all one by one. Something I know that could have been done en masse by Primary ICT Support Ltd in a matter of minutes.

The most shocking part was that I was sent a quote of nearly £1000 for Primary ICT to rectify their error. Obviously, I did not pay this. Be warned, that Primary ICT expect hardworking teachers to check each of your student's logins one by one (good luck finding the time) to ensure they work and will refuse to support you if they make an error. Teachers in these high-pressured times do not have time for this. If I were you, I would ask the Government to find you an alternative provider just to be certain you get the support you require.

I am very disappointed in the service I ultimately received and the stress it caused me.
