Great team! Lovely people, but most importantly they are passionate about what they do and work hard towards delivering the very best service to clients. Nice agency to work for, regular shifts most of the times. There were quiet spells like with every agency. Always had good rates of pay and my manager Hardaylis always available to help, nothing was ever too much for her. The Acton banks team are very friendly and become like second family, it was great!

Very good place to work. As a person who enrolled as a bank carer, I have had decent communication with my the recruiter, Kieran. He has always been very communicative and offers bookings within my price range and distance. This has been most helpful during the cost of living crisis

I have just started work with them and am pleased with their responses, very polite and friendly, especially Marc who was my first contact with agency and Sophia who was highly convincing and persuasive to get experienced personnel on to their team. Since the moment I started I have been bombarded with shifts in my area which is essential to me. I think the Agency is great. Keep it up.

Acton Banks is amazing agency that I would recommend for anyone to work at. Since I started working at Acton Banks, I have always been given enough shifts to choose from .Their pay rate compared to other agencies is great. Acton Banks has good staff members, but Dylan Pickering especially has really helped me the most, by providing me with the shifts I need each week.

The staff is great and always very helpful, especially Dylan Pickering. His communication skills are excellent, and thanks to his positive attitude he is always easy to talk to. Dylan not only goes above and beyond to find me shifts but he also is very supportive as he cares about the general wellbeing of others.

Very Smooth and easy process to join. Online training so can be done in your own time. Very simple process to get started. Recruitment are very friendly and helpful. I was fully active and able to commence work within a few days.
I have yet to do a shift so can't comment on payroll yet, so can only give 4 stars But seems like a wide variety of shifts available and good rates of pay.
