Bought a Sony Xperia 1 IV from them late last year. The phone was in perfect cosmetic condition and seemed to work normally too.
However my fiancee said that when talking via Bluetooth in my car the audio was garbled and almost indiscernable. Even on normal calls apparently the quality was not great.
As a user one thing you are unlikely to hear is how you sound at the other end to the recipient. So whether the error was known or not is a moot point, but I ended up buying another new Xperia 1 IV (from eBay) and that one works flawlessly. It was also cheaper than the one I got from this company!

The guy was fantastic. Really impressed with how helpful he was. Looked up how much warranty I had on my Samsung Watch, and advised me to send it back for a free repair. Anyone else would've carried out the work and charged me a fortune.

The staff are welcoming and friendly my phone is perfect!! Kept me up to date on when my phone was ready to collect. These guys have done a excellent job at replacing my s8 screen just like new thank you guys for fixing my phone. Also know I've got 6 months warranty hopefully I dont have to go back I doubt it.

Terrible company, terrible treatment of staff.

As an engineer who has now worked in this industry for 12yrs I can assure all prospective staff/future employees to go work literally anywhere else.

The owner, who is a very untrustworthy and unsavory character will try his best to rip you off in any way he can, while also underpayment his workforce, having no respect for the engineers that keep his business going.

I now run my own Ltd repair establishment and as long as do the exact opposite of everything ecd do, then I'll be good,maybe it was a good experience for me as a future business owner, a good lesson on how not run a business.

Has lots of second hand phones of all models and prices at good prices, I've bought 2 or 3 off them over the past few years and all OK and the bloke serving even gave me a free wireless charger with one.

I went to get my Nexus 5 screen replaced everything went well. 6 months later the glue used to seal my phone has come away and causing issues with usage of of the screen. After a call they told me i have to have it repaired again and pay again to fix their mistake of using a weak sealant glue... charming

Excellent Company. I was on the look out for an Iphone 5s and spotted this company as i was driving. I decided to call in and see what they had. They had a large selection of phones on display, all clearly marked with their price and an accurate description of their condition. I dealt with Richard who was really helpful and gave me a great deal on Iphone 5s in 'like new' condition with no signs of wear and tear whatsoever. Richard explained that the phone came with a 3 month return to base warranty and that with the Iphone, as there is no built in facility to test the battery condition, if i found any battery problems bring the phone back and he would replace the battery. I found that the battery wasn't holding it's charge properly so returned two days later. A new battery was fitted there and then and Richard gave me a free leather case and screen protector for my trouble! I knew when I saw their smart premises and when I met Richard that this was a professional and well run outfit and this has proved to be the case. Many thanks.
