Good service initially with bird nesting in my roof, however the technician used expandable foam in my roof to stop pigeons from nesting in the future, the foam should never have been used as it’s caused damp and mold on my external wall as rain water was trapped, this is in addition to damaging my roof tiles . Now huntsman are refusing to take any accountability as they say the use of foam wasn’t recorded on the invoice and are accusing me of lying. I have complained after advice from CAB, but huntsman’s haven’t responded.

Anyone that knows me, says I'm as honest as the day is long, so I rarely give feedback, because I usually find a but. Couldn't find one with this company. My daughter has inherited a house, and found signs of pest infestation, and found these guys. Juan came out, agreed there had been a pest problem previously, but wouldn't charge her for the call, because he felt there was no issue now, it was an old infestation, and they were all clear. I can't fault a company that comes out and gives you a free quote, and doesn't find a reason to charge you! Totally recommend these guys x

Good service and good explanation of what the treatment involved which gave me peace of mind. Sebastian was very thorough in the filling of holes left by the housing association and gave me before and after photos.. The team has said if I have problems in the future to let them know. Thank you.

A great service, quick and effective. No signs of wasp after first visit and the nests were removed during the second. Great price and very professional. Sebastian did an amazing job and kept me well informed with pictures of before and after he also explained everything in detail. The service also comes with 3 months warranty, 100% recommend.
