The worst service Ive ever had the misfortune of recieving. Took a laptop in to have battery replaced. Told Id get a genuine part not some knock off. They installed a knock off and bodged the job so the laptop didnt work properly. Took it back in to get it checked out and they said I need another part replaced. They took £90 and didnt actually install anything and the battery still didnt work. They took it back and tried to fix it again. Still faulty. Everything they said they would do they did not or they did it poorly. Eventually I gave up with them and went to DTECPC and got some top quality service for a fraction of the price. Im out £150 with pocket geek though as theres no way to get in touch with them for a refund. 10/10 would NOT recommend using this store for anything.

I have received from Pocket Geek, through Lloyds Bank, concerning the repair of my phone screen.

Shortly after having my phone screen fixed, I noticed that it was not properly installed. After only a couple of days, pressing the screen caused it to crack once again. Upon calling Pocket Geek, I was advised by Steve to arrange for the screen to be replaced at a cost of £65. Steve instructed me to call two days before February 26th, when I would have funds available, to ensure the parts were ready.

However, when I called back as instructed, I was told that I would receive a callback, which I never did. After returning from a holiday, I followed up on my inquiry only to discover that due to the delay—caused by Pocket Geek's failure to return my call—I am now unable to have the screen replaced at the originally agreed cost of £65. Instead, I am faced with the option of paying either £100 for a non-Apple part or £360.00 for an Apple replacement.

I find this situation unacceptable, as the issue originated from the improper initial repair and was exacerbated by the lack of communication from your customer services

I had a very bad experience with Pocket Geek Tech Repair in Wolverhampton. I paid £85 to have my HDMI replaced for my PS5, and I was told that there was a 12-month warranty. Unfortunately, the HDMI only lasted two months before it stopped working for no apparent reason.

When I returned to the shop, the manager claimed that I had broken the HDMI and insisted that it was my fault. He then asked me to pay another £85 for a replacement. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. The manager's attitude was dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
