Speaking with Chet over the phone and meeting him on-site assured us that we had chosen the right company to safeguard our assets. We've been using their services since Feb 2024, and it's been great so far. The deployed security officer provides the presence we require. My company was the target of several break ins as we grew from a very small business to a larger and more successful one, so we decided during spring of 2014 that we wanted to hire a security to company to monitor building and parking structure, as well as employee and visitor access. From January 2014 to April 2014 when we made the call to hire security, we had two break ins and several issues with theft from employees vehicles. We met with a number of different companies and ultimately chose Regions Security Guarding for our building security and reception services.

We were most impressed by the professionalism and the proposal we got from Regions Security Guarding. They were extremely responsive, professional, and understanding of our concerns when we met with them. From the time that our contract with them went into effect, we have been quite pleased.

Ultimately, the presence of our security staff makes our employees feel safer and has prevented us from having issues. They have an eye on everything and seem to take control of any potential issues. They are very watchful, and having the visible presence of security personnel has likely deterred anything further from happening.

I must commend Regions Security Guarding on how well they have trained their security personnel. They are competent and courteous, but possess the skill to be firm when necessary. This is especially true of our reception security staff who controls access and checks visitors into our building. He is really friendly, but doesn't let anyone pull anything that would put our security at risk. We're really happy that we hired them.
