Sukh did a fantastic job replacing my old boiler. He was patient to answer my questions and represened GPM well. I was particularly impressed seeing the radiators flushed with all the colored sludge/rust pumped out. My home heating system is now working fine and I'm happy to recommend him to potential customers.

We are very pleased with GPM. It started well with Jeff's visit. He came smartly dressed and properly prepared with brochures of the boilers that he could recommend. He explained the pros and cons of Vaillent and Worcester boilers, gave us a written detailed quote and promised a fitting date ten days forward.
The engineers, Suk and Sam, arrived at the promised time and did an excellent installation of a new Worcester boiler. They were very efficient, unobtrusive and polite. We are very pleased with the finished job and will certainly be asking GPM to service our heating system from now on.

Jeff visited to go through a boiler replacement with me. He was polite, explained his business in detail, what set them apart and what they did above and beyond anyone else. Having already had quotes from elsewhere online, I was impressed that not only was he extremely good value but also offered better service and used a team he trusted. On the day his team were polite and got on with the job smoothly. I am extremely impressed by the service offered and Diligent will now be my go to for any further boiler or heating issues as I know I don’t need to look anywhere else for the best price and service.

Daylight bloody robbery. Admittedly it was an emergency callout, but 2 hours and £530 to change a washer!!!!!! Are they writing their alleged 5 star reviews themselves?!!! The whole experience beggared belief. Shan't be calling them again anytime soon.

Geoff the surveyor was very professional, respectful and polite. He explained everything very clearly and helped me to understand the decision I needed to make. When the engineers came on site they did a fantastic job and completely surprised me with the quality and standard of work. If you ever need any gas heating I HIGHLY recommend Goldthorn Property Maintenance Limited. U will not be disappointed! My review is a little late as my work was completed a few months ago.!
