John provided excellent support with my sons PC. He diagnosed issues with the power supply unit which was sent back but unfortunately continued with the same issue. John continued with troubleshooting and provided advice which resulted in us purchasing another one! I wouldn’t even know where to begin! Pleased to say the PC now works.

John was great in keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Horton Computer Services and wouldn’t hesitate to contact John again

John from Horton Computer Services provided excellent support with my problematic computer. He carefully diagnosed and fixed issues with my PC that was constantly restarting itself. When multiple SSD drives didn’t solve the problem, he persisted with troubleshooting and discovered the real culprit was faulty RAM.
After reinstalling Windows and running tests, he identified RAM errors that were causing system instability.
